I'm am very very depressed it ok for man to be depressed?

I'm a 22 year male I feeling very depressed cause mine all this time mine She told me that the first person to see her going to have her I had told that I'm not going to chase her, I feel like she playing with games with me she seem like she don't care all of sudden, I'm type of person I don't show feeling I just cry like a little girl I just can't believe she might dump me for some 46 year old marry dude with 6 kids. Now I'm going too put mine hoodie on listen some sad music and tearing up.
