Does he like me or not?

So I used to like this dude, but I moved on, I saw him on Friday but I didn't talk to him. But today he just out of the blue called me to ask if it was raining at 'tha lake' because I live on the lake, but he knows everyone I mean EVERYONE around here and out of them all he decides to call me. He's called and text me before, but I was wondering if it seems he's interested in me?
