Why does my car have problems accelerating from a stop?

you need a tune up for sure - even if the engine is a 2002 - who knows how many miles is on it - also it may be bad feul injecters -if feul injection - i would do a full tune up first - plugs -wires - ect - then work on the feul problems after if still running bad
