Fannie and Freddie ARE NOT BANKS, they never were, they were Govt programs the BANKS ABUSED...?

Government programs, huh? So how come I owned a lot of stock in these, "government programs"? Did I own stock in the government? I actually lost money on that stock-the dumbest thing I ever did was invest in a government started company.
