Moving from a 3 dr Civic to a 4 dr Camry.. Mileage concern?

It depends on the engine in each of them, but for the same size engine it should be a very similar mileage. The Camry isn't hugely bigger / heavier, and the increased efficiency of the more modern engine will offset most of the difference.
