Regular and major repair prices?

I am looking at getting a newer car and have between three options that i like, but whats troubling me is that once i have the car which would be the most and least expensive to do maintenance on and/or do major repairs. The three car choices are a 2001-2002 lexus is300, a 2003-2007 honda accord, or a 2002-2006 toyota camry. I know they are all reliable cars just want to know which would cost the least to own.
