03 Camry serpintine belt?

I had the belt replaced. Call me picky but the belt seems very tight to me. Does this vehicle have a self adjuster or is it adjustable. Four cyl. Auto. Can someone tell me where the adjustment is and the best way to get at it. I know that the biggest cause of water pump failure is too tight belts. Thanks
