How to replace A/F sensor?

Specifically on a 2.2L, 4cyl. 99 camry. It's wide band and is upstream. And please keep in mind it's an A/F NOT an o2 sensor. Dont know if that makes a difference. I live in CA and we have stricter regulations. Thx government.
