95 toyota camry 4cylinder?

My 95 toyota camry stopped in the middle of driving just stopped running it cranks but won't start I just did a tune up on it and the fuel pump isn't turning on so I got a new one and it won't turn on either the book says it has 2 relays the one under the hood looks like its been replaced it has a bosch haven't checked the one behind the glove box yet could that be the only thing my car ran fine before that
